Users

MOUS_ICO Models > Select Model > Modify > Users

To add and/or remove users from a selected model, click Modify and Users.

If server has users from Quadri or Active Directory

You can add/remove one or more single users or you can add/remove a group of users. Select radio button Users or Groups.

To add a user/group to a model, click the grey checkbox in the In Model column. If the checkbox is green, click it to remove the user/group from the model.

If you want a user to be project administrator for the model, click the grey checkbox in the Project Admin column. If the checkbox is green, click it to remove the project administrator access from the user.

If server has users from Trimble Id

If a user already has access to another model on the server, the user will automatically show up in the list and you can add it to the model by clicking the grey checkbox.

If the users doesn't have access to any models, you have to send an invitation by adding the email address to the textbox and click Invite. The user will receive an email with a button to accept the invite and when the button is clicked, the user will get access to the model. The invitation is valid for 24 hours. Remember that the user also must be given access to one or more projects in the model to access it from Novapoint.

You can invite several users by adding the email addresses separated by semicolon to the textbox.
